1 Introduction

12 Suspension & Termination

ph78b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph78b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph78b will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph78b platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
